Like you, I am new to the BP forum and looking forward to making connections and moving out of the corporate rat race at some point. 

Yard has a fence gate which only allows a push-mower through.Any suggestions from you all in that area of ME for 1) a neighborhood lawn guy 2) cleaner 3) painter/handyman?  

He did this exact same thing and started 3 years ago with zero experience but a passion to create wealth and get out of the rat race.  

Im not sure if it really has to do with your race or looks.

I get out on my motorcycle often, explore the woods, mountains, ocean and love to snowboard, mt. bike, and race go karts.Any direction down the right path would be appreciated and I hope to be able to share what I am learning along the way and pay it forward.

Saying you do not take section 8 in the counties/cities where source of income is a protected class is no different than saying you do not accept tenants of a particular color or race, or other protected class.

Promise this is not a race.

Yes they mow, but they won't weed eat or spray grass killer along edges, and then they have excuses why the mower is broken and they have to skip a few weeks - it's annoying.  

He could easily call a local news station and complain that you kept his security deposit because he is _______ (insert race here).
