As the president of a Mid-Atlantic REIA (MAREIA), a local investor association, my advice, as alway is to get a good education as a foundation for your real estate business.

The president of our association has harassed me about the brother being there.

I imagine this would come in handy when it is time to talk repayment, eviction proceedings, taxes, and if there is ever a rental assistance program that the president mentioned.

He is a former vice president of a bank and is very well-regarded and quite successful ... and he rents an apartment in a very affordable town.

I am the president and my five children are stockholders.

The new developer self appointed himself as president of the HOA stating that since less then half (12 of 84) the units were sold he was to control the HOA.  

Thinking I should email HOA president and demand he needs to facilitate a meeting for all concerned parties to come to an agreement, and possibly contact legal counsel?
