Even large and small businesses with intangible residual services like TV, internet, security, pest control or the local contractor with remodels in process could fall behind on payments revenue contract. 

My goal is to find off-market opportunities and present quality leads that fit the needs of active investors.Since I’m working remotely, I’d love to hear from experienced investors:What makes a remote bird-dogging service most valuable to you?

Again, I’m not sure if these guys do this to everyone or if their customer service ability as partners is just terrible.

Of course, you should switch companies if you are unhappy with their services. 

Steven, i know this is an old thread but I hope you are still monitoring and will reply.I hold 11 rental properties in my own name but to reduce liability risk am thinking of placing them into LLCs. 

Its normally fee service providers who are the greatest advocates of the program, whether it be agents, PM's, coaches/gurus. 

If you want the least amount of paperwork, you could consider refinancing into a debt service loan.

However, when I'd want to buy a property in Mexico, I'd want to hear from real estate agents who would provide me the best possible service.

But her company, like so many, has whittled down their actual service to the point that they aren't really doing useful work, just enriching the CEO.
