If they are there and ready to look you have to strike while the iron is hot.   

Its a very competitive market up there and I have been striking out, actually I'm 0 for 3 on over-asking price offers that aren't accepted. 2 of my offers even has escalation clauses, but it didn't help.

I am considering striking out on my own and devoting myself full time to real estate. 

I plan on doing this when I get within striking distance of meeting the 20% threshold.

We had power knocked out a couple times this summer by lightning strikes.......both sets of guests were pretty understanding.....need surge protectors....

This arden and carmichael seemed to strike a nice balance between affordability and nice, spatious properties.

You can defiantly find cash flowing properties in the fan, but you have to be patient and strike quickly.  

Ive done some flips before in the past and after currently going through a not so good transaction with a local wholesaler on a purchase, I figured wholesaling would be a great way to invest with less risk, as well as keep some properties for myself if they turn out to be great deals.I subscribed myself to Propstream, defined my strike zone and have mailed approximately 600 postcards so far.
