-what's interesting would be .... a loose-end different team brokerage like Exp , one team/agent is okay to have 2% retainer fee, the other one would ask for 2.5% and so on and other would offer flat fee, maybe they would have more agent internal competition inside.- this would impact large brokerage in expensive state like CA for sure.- but i think at the end it would create more and more local brokerage and reducing nationwide brokerage like re/max or exp or compass.
