There was a hold up on sewer capacity , they found out they had to get an easement from the state to cross a state road , that took time .

So I could live off of that at the time.   

At the time my agent took me to Fallon and Fernley, which I poo'poohed but I'm seeing how high costs are in Reno that I'm willing to learn more about these areas.
