These guests will flush everything & you'll just keep dealing w it & losing reservations.

@Sebastien HitierWe are seeing more and more companies jumping on the real estate bandwagon because they are flush with cash and looking for a place to put their money to hedge inflation and that is exactly what real estate does.

I mean, I'm about to rent my house out, and the brand new toilet should NEVER clog, so if it does, I want to know what the hell is going on - is there a real problem, are they flushing stuff that could do real damage, is the toilet broke, the wax seal a mess, etc - a lot of damage could happen! 

No products aside from bathroom tissue may be flushed down the toilet.

Hi,I am looking for ways to descale whole house plumbing to get better water pressure on tabs throughout the house.A lot of DIY videos I saw talks about pouring about 2 gallons of vinegar in the water heater and leaving them in the pipes overnight before flushing the next morning.

Carefully reviewing it involves having them initial after every page as a way of saying "Yes sir, I understand that I'm not allowed to flush paper towels down the toilet."  

My duplexes are all two stories so I could never determine which unit something in the main sewer came from because each toilet flushes into the same vertical stack that then goes underground.
