If you want an expansive portfolio where you are highly leveraged and in return experience high cash flow, cash might not be your best option.

With this being the case I intended to leverage that in to a new property and continue my expansion.

I’ve seen all kinds of unexpected things, even new builds with sewer line issues, so just because the property is 15 years old doesn’t mean the sewer line is perfect or doesn’t need to be inspected (especially if the property is in Texas, which has a lot of areas with expansive clay soils that can damage a sewer line).

In 2017, FL DOT sent seller a letter saying they might buy a portion of their land via Eminent domain with road expansion but no funding and nothing is done.

With the new hospital, casino, expansion of grantline road, good schools and various other infrastructure building it's ripe for appreciation.
