Even though I'm a big guy I bring a second person (my wife or friend) with me to talk to my tenants when I'm going to have a hard conversation.  

I have a couple of friends who have several rental units in Gettysburg and said the rents are good and he has many professionals who stay for a good amount of time and pay on time.  

Not user friendly.

What I do know is I don't plan to leave any crumbs 😂I also am aware of laws that say I shouldn't say things like, "I'm offering 8% return to someone who has the liquidity/resources", if they are not friends or family.

I have done a handful of flips using cash, partnering with friends, and making it work. 

Let's just say I know a thing or to about soccer/football and my good friend is Luka Modric's best man so it was interesting having a conference call and advising with both of them on some brand strategy for Luka hehe 🤠

I do know one of the people who works for me has a 2 year work permit (temporary) and she and her husband were able to buy a place in Alberta.BC and ON are very tenant friendly.
