She would bang on the wall, set up camera and pointing to the driveway; and the latest story was she used a audio device to measure how 'loud' our tenants was during Eastern holiday, during day time, omg... she is just ridiculous.We thought about ditching the property, but we bought it at the peak, 2006 and just way under water and stuck.Over the years, we have had better luck sometimes, and worse luck sometimes, it's like the weather and we just cross our fingers and hope for the best.

Be sure to have the regular (annual) inspection of those fire extinguishers; there should be an attached tag to indicate inspections.Supply the tenants with (copies of) any manuals for any devices that they have in their units, and advise them to become familiar with the operation of all devices (whether fire extinguisher or smoke alarm or whatever).

Other than the foreclosure auctions, and possibly a few others without reserve, I find that the entire auction method of selling real estate is just a marketing device for what amounts to a regular sale.
