Revocable Trust?

Howdy all... hopefully someone can answer this (as I am brand new to REI....still in my first two weeks of learning!) And I hope this is the right forum for this (Legal)?

I found what appears to be a great candidate single family home that is listed as held by a Revocable Trust of the deceased. Several hours, and the limits of my Google-Fu exhausted, the last known addresses and phone numbers for the  kids all lead back in a circle to the empty property in question. Property taxes are in arrears three years.

Is there a way to find a trustee to make an offer or do I have to wait for this to go to auction or what...?

My thanks!

Chuck
