if they're on a website... then everyone can look at them.you can read other threads on BP about how to find them.... but they can come from mailers, SEO / websites, driving for dollars, networking, getting on a wholesaler list, subscribing to a paid subscription service and launching a campaign, you talking to your neighbors and offering to buy their houses, or any combination. 

Thanks mate and great advice.We just recently turned on the marketing engine and it's been hectic.Crazy to witness how many disgruntled landlords there are in our market.It's a trend I noticed 10+ years ago but never bothered opening our doors to outside folks.I'm a more controlled business man nowadays so won't be doing any guerilla marketing tactics hahaWe are already killing the online game with simple SEO so it would be unfair to the rest if we pulled out all of our artillery lolThanks again and much success

I used Ownerrez but not terribly happy with the SEO options...since there are none! 

(SEO ahem cough cough).Or "FREE motivated sellers.. here's how"...and then they will tell you to go to the elderly home and sit next to their deathbed trying to get their house under contract.

You have to start somewhere though and here I am.I assume by your post you would suggest more marketing to target inbound leads from motivated sellers through SEO and PPC, which I have experience with as well in my other businesses.

You really should provide a disclaimer that you are “shilling” for Jerryl Norton with a link to his website selling SEO services in your profile.  

Get your own website together and get it set up for robust SEO with someone that actually knows what they're doing (@Jerryll Noorden here on BP).
