*  When you get licensed, everyone (including BP) will try to sell you leads, signs, more leads, business cards, more leads, name tags, more leads, health insurance, leads, print/mail services, leads. 

Another troubling stat is that of the large number of the businesses that fail, a significant portion of those do so because of cash flow problems or because they simply run out of money to continue operating.If you don’t want your real estate investing business to be counted in the number that goes under this year, it’s crucially important that you have a keen understanding of the “health” of your business at all times.

My concern would be health and safety.

Have a trusted independent hazard insurance broker that doesn't require a year paid upfront.Have an inspection that can ALSO be used for county/city planning to okay health and safety codes.

We are officially moving forward with the purchase, and I must say, it's been an unusual journey.After a series of twists and turns, we have successfully negotiated credits for several health and safety issues identified by the previous buyer's inspector, which need addressing.

Davis county is basically Salt Lake suburbs.Utah county:  Geographically constricted and full of tech and health care jobs.

COC is the #1 WORST metric to use as any indicator of INVESTMENT health, because it simply is NOT an output of investment health, it's not. 

I HATE all these "open enrollment health insurance calls", and I HATE these "Your Google Listing is Crap" calls, don't you?
