Owner is 80 and daughter is 65 wanting nothing to do with the place.

Looking at a house in my local Sheriff sale foreclosure auction.There are 3 other adults listed on the mortgage as intervenors, looks like 2 sons and a daughter or daughter in law.I believe they are each declaring bankruptcy one by one to extend the foreclosure date.

My daughter just got her driver's license, they told me that it would cost $350/month more to add her to my policy.

Luckily, I'm still married and have a daughter at the University of Arkansas with one semester left. 

My daughter (20) was working the store this evening when a tenant dropped off her rent.

I am 32 years old with a wife and daughter and currently living in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Unless Daddy Bigbucks comes along to buy them for his college-aged daughter, they may sit there for a while.
