Intervenors during foreclosure-avoid like the plague or not?

Looking at a house in my local Sheriff sale foreclosure auction.

There are 3 other adults listed on the mortgage as intervenors, looks like 2 sons and a daughter or daughter in law.

I believe they are each declaring bankruptcy one by one to extend the foreclosure date. It has been on and off the docket since 2016.

My issues are: eviction. Pretty sure they will not go quietly into the night since they have learned how to legally work the system. But I've been down the eviction road before. Also, I think the bank is going to bid it up pretty high because they are trying to recoup there fees, and interest lo these many years.

Anyone have any experience with Intervenors during a foreclosure??
