Those who are getting the returns you desire probably understand how to execute a well conceived system, and it's quite possible it works only for them or their market.So to answer your question, if you wanted my opinion on the best return, I would find it very difficult to say anything beats what I offer, but of course I'm just another biased blowhard!

If a person can afford to provide a $40,000 20% down payment on a $200,000 house, is it not conceivable that they could afford to provide a $10,000 5% down payment and use the remaining $30,000 to cover the $200 a month ($2,400 a year) negative cash flow?

I had this pre conceived notion that Jerusalem  Was going to look like one of the hill towns in Italy surrounded by a big wall and such.. so to my surprise when in fact its a big modern city that surrounds the old city.. still very cool..
