First of all I'm new to BP and I'm an investor in Chicago. I've bought 4 properties in 6 months and this will most likely be my 5th, but thought why not get BP feedback on it. Sale Price: 58k Taxes: $1,951 Rent: 1,100 (tenants already in it). If I put 25% down I show an ROI of 43%. It's in a middle class suburb of Chicago. What do you think BP?

i think your idea of middle class suburb and my idea of middle class suburb are drastically different if you're able to purchase a sfh for $58k
