She then called the free legal clinic and they sent her a boiler plate letter on her rights, that she forwarded to me.  

West side ,  Cleveland Clinic area , and Slavic Village is making a big comeback. .

Then, she presented a letter from an EZ clinic in San Francisco stating that she has psychiatric disability and needs 2 dogs to feel better.

Hi Persis, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

I work 14 12 hour shifts a month at an urgent care dental clinic.

I would love to pick your brain on this topic as we're considering buying near Cleveland Clinic.
