My first step in real estate!! Thank you for having me.

Hi Everyone,

I am Persis. I am 25 and a student. Soon going to be starting a full-time job in the Bay area, California.

I have been learning about real estate for the past few months by listening to podcasts, reading books, and reading the forum.

With some of the knowledge I have gained so far - I am interested in a house hack. However, my job will be in the bay area which is an expensive market so I am not quite sure how to work that out.

Another market I think I can explore is Texas because some of my close family lives there if things go wrong but I cannot house hack there.

So, TLDR is I am still blurry about which market I should consider.

The goal for the next 6 months - 1 year is to save money, network, finalize on a market and learn, learn and learn.

A Fun fact about me: Laughing makes me cry sometimes.

It is nice to e-meet you!

Any advice is appreciated.

Best,

Persis
