I'm renovating a 2/1 duplex; unit 1 became vacant a few months ago so I did a full renovation on that unit, went with tile flooring and granite counters.

Do you guys have a recommendation on ceramic tile installers that does great work for reasonable pricing!!

What is better for a rental tile, or laminate?

My question is should I tile or do the pre-fab.
