Does the wiring use metal conduit and metal electrical boxes?

I would take out ALL metal plumbing and update waste pipe to PVC and supply to pex.HERE, we have a lot of rust, calcium deposits, and lime, besides grit ruining faucets etc. 

It comes out but some melts to the metal threads .

Looking into metal roofing.

So you end up paying a premium for corrugated metal sheeting as your exterior material but with the catch that you have confined yourself to set dimensions of the container.

The problem with that foundation is the rain and snow from the neighbors metal roof goes directly at the house and has destroyed the foundation...That is a house no one should even consider.
