What's your oddest request from an STR tenant?
There is a group of welders moving into my big house. 8 guys moving in over the course of 4 days. The first guy moved in yesterday. An older man with a house/wife in Colombia (the country). I told him that the house was built in 1906. He was immediately fascinated and expressed that wished he brought his metal detector. He said he flipped a coin to decide whether or not to bring it.
So he wants to borrow mine. He'll give me all the interesting stuff he finds on the property, and I can make a display case of the artifacts and hang it on a wall.
