Also, you may have to use a batch skip tracer or go through and look up the LLC info so that you are mailing directly to the owner's address and not the business address where their assistant may just throw it away.

Would recommend finding at least 100 properties for your first batch, should be able to get a deal or at least learn a lot while only having to pay for gas and stamps.
