While she had her tendencies I will not mention due to fair housing she was an amazing person in her final years as she would come in every Saturday to have coffee with me and discuss life, the New Orleans Saints, and basketball.

@Pati TanieluHi Pati,If you are talking about the Staples Complex in Los Angeles (or something similar) actual valuation might not be totally logical--depending on the wealth of who is interested (trophy type asset).When Don Sterling was forced to sell his Basketball Team (the LA Clippers) the price he received was very high.

Soccer and Basketball are both played with a round ball but they arent the same game and a good basketball player won't be good at soccer and vice versa.I think it comes down to your goals, your skill set, and personality.I own 38 units as rentals and have for the last 15 years.
