Property is currently vacant and recently renovated (I've been looking at BRRRR properties mainly, but this seemed like a good deal).

Has previously rented at $2,400/month.

If any Orlando area realtors can offer some help too that would be great! Deal just seems too good to be true and I’m a long distance investor.

Erica and I have confirmed this is a scam. There is someone that goes by the name Morgan Sahar on many Facebook groups here in the area and markets deals that are scams. In her profile picture she is a good looking young woman sitting on a white themed kitchen counter. If you come across a post by her it is a scam. She does a pretty good scam too.
