How to scale my flipping business

I’ve been flipping houses in the Indianapolis area while playing basketball overseas for about 18 months now and I’m extremely nervous about how to grow the business. Other than the contractors, I don’t know what the most important members of the team should be and I don’t want to make the mistake of growing too fast without having the proper foundation. I’ve looking at flipping as a money making hobby but now that I want to retire from basketball and invest full time, I feel the need to build the business from square one.
