Most utility bills are pretty straight forward whether they're high or not, but the waste removal bills are a different animal.

When I served the notice to quit, she told me the place was infested with bugs and there were holes in the house where animals could get in.

A Landlord is a different animal all together. 

I don't want to diverge this post into something entirely different - but hotels are a completely different animal.

Contact , zoning as far as vehicles , animal control , the health dept .  

For my house, my property manager lets me know the details of the animal, breed,  sex, and size, then I make the decision whether or not to rent to them.I think the bigger issue is the integrity of the tenants.

I am pretty sure signing for monies toward a property and actually deeding or putting that property under a trust or LLC are two separate animals.  

A little "trick" in your view of service animals to help with keeping out of trouble.

The neighbor's called animal control but apparently the animals are not being mistreated in their opinion.
