For online learning about STR and tax benefits, I would highly recommend looking up Toby Mathis on YouTube.

But that’s only through the benefit of hindsight.)I wasn’t aware of Zillow or BP, or even whether YouTube may have already had some good content.

I have a tenant #1 that keeps making noise complaints of  tenant #2 playing their music to loud and late at night.

Hi Greg, I spend a lot of time listening to STR podcasts and YouTubers and the consistent assessment is that quality design is pretty much a must. 

They come and go like musical chairs.

A lot of good info on youtube and here within this forum on BP.

I've done some research, listened to hundreds podcasts and watched hundreds youtube videos.im trying to evaluate which is a good market (location) to invest.I'm interested in fix and flips or BRRRs. if you're not interested in partnership but are familiar with these cities, then you have valuable information to guide me in selecting for example areas to avoid when purchasing investment property.
