I have found more people through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn then I can tell you.My favorite example is where I located the owner of an abandoned home on Facebook.

You should also create a twitter/Insta/Fb story and tag the management.

Then you call them, door knock them, link up with them on linked in, do targeted facebook ads to them, send them handwritten notes, invite them to all the open houses you are holding, send them market updates, check and see if they need to lower interest rate with refinance, etc.Have you called your sphere...that's everyone in your phone, everyone in your facebook, everyone on your Twitter and Instagram feed. 

We need a way of handling all the inputs - email, physical mail & bills, twitter/facebook/instagram posts, phone conversations with friends & business partners, etc.  

If I play my cards well, I think there's no reason I won't be a HNWI before it's said and done.I am an engineer at Twitter and the shares in my grant are unvested at this point (I started in this job in Dec 2018 and the first year's worth of stock will vest will in January 2020 and quarterly thereafter).

Social media is in NO WAY a replacement for paid media, such as AdWords, direct mail, or signs/billboards.Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter advertising are not good buys for us, because people that click on ads in social media do NOT convert, so the ROI is terrible.Can it help your business, help you make connections and share information?
