Do you (or agent) use professional photography on your listings and rental properties?  

I'm curious as to see if anybody has any feedback on use of photography.

Are there lots of trails in the grass yards near intersections when you look at arial photography?

My newest venture that I’m currently in is wedding photography and that is incorporated as well.Being new to real estate, and the real estate taxes, I wanted to know should I incorporate now or wait until I do my first deal? 

With digital photography and storage being so cheap, I'd take WAY more pictures of every little thing in order to properly document.If you feel the landlord is the type to withhold the security deposit, review your state's landlord-tenant laws to see how long he has to return the deposit in full, or any unused portion with an accounting of how it was spent back to you.

I have done drone video, and looked into matterport photography which I am told is cool, though not that effective. 

One has a new sales job with a great income guarantee for 3 months (then moves to commission) and two are sole commission/sales without contracts (photography and insurance sales).
