Utilizing Rental Photography

I just purchased a duplex that was previously managed by a property management company. Obviously they had really nice professional photos of the property when it was empty and used those to advertised for tenants.

I was wondering if it is acceptable/legal to utilize those same photos the property management company used? The photos do have the name of PMC on the bottom left hand side of them but I thought maybe I could crop this out? 

Advice please
