I also found an article noting some of the newer activities to enjoy near the area, such as a new casino, breweries, hiking and camping, and more with only about a 2 hour drive from NYC. 

So we are currently stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA.

Attended one of those Guru boot camps decided not to purchase the $45K mentor program. 

You could turn your life around over night and rebuild easily if you pull your head out of your butt and stop placing so much value on status.

I know investing in real estate doesn't come with overnight success.

Instead of handling the concern professionally, John stated I expected results over night and that he did not want to work with me so he was refunding my money.

--@Joe Papp - tenant now reveals the issue has been going on for 3-4 months. the tenant had subtenants (roommates) in the past that we knew about, but to our knowledge those subtenants moved out months ago with no issues. we have several properties where tenants have frequent overnight guests - and we had made the assumption that this person (the roommate who was locked out) was simply a frequent guest, not an actual subtenant....if that makes any sense. 

There are 2 great ones in Harrisburg as well as one in Camp Hill.
