Hello Bigger Pockets Family.  I'm a newbie to this site and to wholesaling.  Attended one of those Guru boot camps decided not to purchase the $45K mentor program.  Thanks to BP and Youtube, I was able to figure most things out.  However, I will be sending out two contracts tomorrow, one in Providence, RI and Lusby, MD.  My question is anyone know of an investor-friendly title company or Attorney in those areas?

@Blair Poelman   Hi Blair, not by a long shot!  I am a forever student of life and not just RE Investing.  I don't think I know everything about this business.  Being a RE Agent in 2001, I have a complete understanding that I just touched the tip of the Ice Berg in this game but good to know that I have a support system within this and other platforms.
