Just gotta do the math... but you also should include the lost space rent cost while rehabing and the mental/emotional torture going through the process of rehabing a mobile home. 

Hi @Dwayne Ghant, I’m not David, however, I use Flipperforce and can say that while it necessarily doesn’t have a mobile app, the website is mobile friendly.

The local laws are loose, and we could dd 2-3 mobile homes on the lot.

If you want to hire somebody for that, I have a girl who can do it for you...You should ask if they're using WordPress to build the website and if they build it responsive (mobile and tablet friendly).Also, if they can create a few pages and install some plugins for you, would be ideal!
