if a fund goes under its a NIGHTMARE of epic proportions for the limited investor.. so you want to make sure that your leader of the fund is Very experienced been doing it for many years and has a significant portfolio and even best has been through a cycle..

The traffic coming to Orlando is around 70 million a year and with Universal opening Epic next year and Disney still expanding, you just can't beat it, they are bringing them to your doorstep.
