Also with the trend to cloud / web based systems, they can say Mac but what they really mean is browser based and internet connection required with its own pros / cons.Here is a link to a compilation of property management programs; http://www.softwareadvice.com/ca/property/Even though a bunch of them say they run on Mac, you need to check what that really means.
