It seem like the llc method is better for US residents/ citizens.

If you are not a Taiwanese citizen, such as a child that chose Chinese Citizenship, they are not being allowed in. 

The risk substantially increased given that we are approaching the end of the US business cycle and most importantly when China began reducing foreign capital outflows of their citizens into assets, especially Real Estate really began to tighten in late 2018.

US Citizens are taxed on income no matter where earned.

While these new ordinances will make blanket screening more difficult, they won't really have an impact on the majority of people.For example, someone who was convicted of a felony 7 years - what are the odds that they have been a perfect citizen for the past 7 years?

  $12 or $20 dollars a month maybe a minor amount to you but to a senior citizen on a fixed income it can mean the difference between eating the last week of the month or buying needed medicine.

@Don Barlow I'm both NZ & US Citizen / Investing. if you dont have a NZ based income it would be a challenge for you to borrow money in NZ.
