Vacation rentals in Ragland New Zealand? Any experts to partner?

My wife is from North Island and we have began investing in the states but would like to consider NZ since we have family there who could help manage rentals. Have never bought property in NZ. Know a little bit about it there but would like to partner with someone who knows more about it there in NZ. Where can I find a partner or team to work with?

I am a property investor in New Zealand and would be happy to help, though my portfolio is more commercial focused. There is a Facebook group called property investors chat group NZ which you can join where people often ask for recommendations for mortgage brokers, builders etc which would help you in building a team.
