& that is the beauty of real estate...it is very forgiving & multiple exit strategies.another thing you can do is rehab, rent it out, & do a cash out refi after 6 months. get some/most/all of your $ back.

We made sure we were walking distance from a great park with beautiful waterfront views, trails that end up at the river with a little sand beach, so my dog swims almost every day, and I don't feel so cramped, like that park is part of my backyard, too.

The contractor was very conscientious, but removing an entire roof and fire damaged material is very messy business that is pretty major construction.The project as a whole took nearly six months, but the building is fully renovated inside and out, it's beautiful and low maintenance.

They search, compare, weigh....There are folks out there who spend tens of thousands of dollars on internet marketing with big beautiful sites that make the average wholesaler's look silly.I do however make a concession: once I've cycled through my mailings (and for me, that's a series of 4 letters), before I recycle my list, I send out a P. card that has email address and website.
