Hello Everyone,

My name is J.D. and am currently living in San Diego, CA. I decided to get involved in real estate investing while trying to purchase my own home. Unfortunately the home purchase did not work out since we decided to cancel early in the contingency period. On a positive note, I have decided to pursue a real estate license mainly to have a finer control over my deals and have less middlemen involved. It also helps to have at least 2.5% of the transaction as either partial down payment or discount (Not counting broker fees).

I'm hoping to learn a lot from the community here at BP specially in terms of financing deals for rental properties or maybe even flipping. Thanks for reading!
