Then, he'd tell me that so and so had been gambling, and so and so is into porn, and so and so got a rabbit, but we can't kick her out because then we'd have to tell her we found out by going through her garbage.  

Your business is not worth taking unnecessary gambles unless they are the last tenant on earth.

I'm not thrilled nor interested in living with others and tbh I'm sacrificing a lot going in on the business but it's a sacrifice that I've accepted.

Thrilled to have found you for so many reasons. 

Our lease charges pest control back to tenants which is nice for the bottom line, but tenants are generally not thrilled as you can imagine.

Definitely challenging, nonetheless that's the thrilling aspect of it all.
