@Devin CallonUntil last year, having checkbook IRA money in a non-interest bearing account was no big deal, because most savings rates were slightly better than nothing.

Have a spreadsheet on your home computer with the info you need.You can even password protect the file.

Why would you evict the tenant based on this info???
