Before I buy another property I was thinking that it might be a smart move to put the house into a LLC to create a large amount of asset protection, I already have a umbrella policy on the house as well.

When I buy my first property via FHA, should my insurance umbrella policy be covered by that same company?

For those with experience, what is your big picture approach / policy / advice for how we should handle our tenants and these requests for reduced or no rent as they come in? 

I assume Airbnb's "$1,000,000 liability policy" is complete BS, considering I can't even retain a $500 security deposit.

I think their policy is extremely unfair.

And no, it’s not discrimination, unless you make policy based upon a protected class.

But I expect that to change and be more defined.To give you an idea, one of the officials said mowing a lawn is essential to health and safety, but an elective landscaping project, is notSo I would GUESS< feta ING a non functioning furnace or hot water heater, or a roof with holes might be essential, remodeling your bathroom, or a house no one lives in may not be.
