For instance, if I have a 1200 sqft 3/2 in a class C and a similar size in class A that rent for 900 and 1800 respectively, actual capex $ isn’t going to be that different.

@Russell Brazil Two thumbs up for meeting people in person early on, it saves so much time by weeding out the clients who "can't find" the time for an initial meeting - those are typically the people who will ask the most of our time without respecting it because they don't actually know what it is we do.
