If they take a listing, they represent you but can sell to a buyer.

I always like to represent myself straight up in any dealings so this is all something I couldn't do in good faith.

They are then able to analyze that data to see if that individual's condition represents a numerical value for that individual's risk of loss and the corresponding premium to be applied to their conditions or if their conditions.

If you are an agent and you want to use bandit signs to represent yourself as an agent it is most likely illegal.

I would say to never use that strategy (I re-read your question) to mis-represent yourself to agents or brokers that might accept your offer.

While the lease remains valid for the tenant, the PM no longer represents the owner and should not accept the rent.I would not have minded if they had kept their PM fee and sent me the remainder.
