For now I'm going to stick with a no roommate policy (as daughter has been sternly reminded that her lease can end in 30 days as well, lol).

Though a good portion of this is on the GC you can also remind him that he should go after his truss designer who didnt look at the drawing.

I'd tell her to find another place to live and remind the landlord that he can't enter without 24 hours notice unless it is an emergency. 

It reminds me of 2012-2016 when everyone seemed to be flipping because there were so many deals.
