The bottled water is because it's tiring and hot to move, so some cold bottled water already in the fridge should be a welcome relief.Almost every tenant I've had has been pleasantly surprised by and thanked me for the water.

If you are talking about a residential property, I would be pretty shocked to see a property manager covering the costs of an eviction (unless you have enrolled in some type of eviction protection program like someone mentioned above).

If consumers feel secure financially and with their jobs--save another external shock--I think housing markets will remain stable.The economy in general has a lot of areas that have to reach equilibrium (like housing inventory, unemployment, and supply chain issues) before the consuming public viscerally feels a trend that spooks them.
