I have taken the beginner's video course here and looking forward to learn more from this community.I have found one flat land in Kenmore for 250k and am wondering if I could ground up my primary house by investing 400-500k to build house that I would like to.1) Can I be able to build a house with that budget in Kenmore ?

I've seen so many videos that say one can market and make money without using your money or credit.

With creating my own strategies and connecting with tons of people I already feel a passion for real estate but it is very difficult.
