Remodels closer to downtown on older homes have ashpalt-shingle roofs.Just an opinion, but unless you're doing something very custom, try to stick to what the neighborhood does and do not let your personal affinity for materials cloud your judgment on what the masses actually want.

You also have to stress they are 100% liable for the rent and other terms of the lease agreement.I personally don't accept co-signers because it seems like they always fight me when I tell them they're responsible for the unpaid rent/utility charges.
