Looking for a good VA company with RE experienced workers.

Greetings fellow Investors, looking to diversify my "wholesaling" efforts this year and the art of finding more distressed properties and in this case, property owners. Hearing a lot of good things over the years with regards to utilizing overseas VA's (usually the Philippines) from my more successful colleagues. Unfortunately I have not yet joined the ranks of that level of success where I felt I could justify paying a VA. That said, I was wanting to look into scouring the "tax delinquent" properties (pre-auction/pre-foreclsoure) lists for potential clients. It seems the biggest hurdle in this particular strategy is the daunting task of "scrubbing, or scraping" the lists. With that, figured this could finally be my first need and or justification for using a VA. Can anyone lend some advice on this and or suggest a VA company or service, particularily one with "Real Estate Investing" experience/background? Any and all input, guidance and advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
